Depends on what you want to unlock it for … ? If you wish to download videos then you can only download those some that are public - and not all of those. There are a number of online hacks that will do this for you.
If you want to unlock certain features of YouTube then you will need to verify your account - usually by confirming an email address, telephone number and adding certain other details.
If you are trying to unlock a suspended channel. For that I recommend that you:
Go to your YouTube directly using its URL, but do not try to sign in.
Note the red banner as that gives you the (very general) reason for the termination.
Then, if you believe an error was made, you can request a review here: https://accounts.google.com/ServiceLogin?continue=https://support.google.com/accounts/contact/suspended%3Fp%3Dyoutube&visit_id=637426126839562099-4089669695&rd=1.
Make sure to provide your YouTube's /channel/ URL and the correct master/owner Google Account's email address.
