Hello,

Unable to install anti-virus to my laptop.

I have old version of Symantec that is also not working & new one which have downloaded from net.

Unable to ping computer on same network - Guide

Kingsoft antivirus - Download - Antivirus
Kmspico install - Download - Other

You will have to remove the symantec antivirus,

I will advise you to use Kaspersky

Please download it here:

https://www.kaspersky.fr/

Download the latest version and update the antivirus after installation
