Hello,
Help, I can't get photos onto my computer with my card reader! Only can use the software canon provided...is there another way to download from card reader to my photo program?

Dear Tes,

You should use the application that you were provided otherwise you won't be able to access to the files. Yet you can transfer the files to your memory card if available and then plug it in your card reader.
