5630Z webcam problem

My Crystal Eye web cam stopped working and now all I get is a pop-up which states that Image.dll was not found and that re-installing the application may help. what application and where do I find it?

Dear Sir,

Please uninstall its software and reinstall it for there is a missing file that is causing this trouble.
