Hello,

I go to device manager and it first tells me to uninstall then to reinstall the I get an explanation message that tells me the files could be corrupt or missing (code 39). My friend told me to get the model number and then get the driver? It was working just fine , please help.

try this 1

click on start--->run--->type

regedt32 ---> click on OK

registry editor will be opened

backup your registry by going to file---->export and save the file with any name.

now follow these instructions

on the left side

expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE--->expand SYSTEM---->expand CurrentControlSet--->expand Control---->expand Class

user class click on {4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}

at right side delete these files if u find it upper filters,lower filters,upper filters.bak,lower filters.bak
and then restart your pc
