Guide me for gprs

i have Karbonn k30 and am not able to ping form my mobile.am using reliance gsm and i got the settings.but those settings are not matching with the phone settings.

Hi there,

Where did you get the settings from?ill rather advice to contact customer care of your sim card network provider and get the free configuration settings from them as well as assistance to set it up.
