Photoshop cs3 layers doesnt work thank you!

Hello,

I think my Photoshop cs3 is having a problem. Because when i save it i cant view it in my desktop then when i upload it in my profile it just look like i play with my pictures the effect from my layers doesnt work!..but if im not saving it yet i looks really grate but then when i upload it in FaceBook all effects turn into NORMAL...

TITLE: all effects turn into normal and i cant view it in my desktop
