Horribly slow interface on both the server and client side.
Cannot extract reports on how much data is being backed up.
Overseas support personel have horribly thick accents.
The software flat out did NOT work when needed to restore data.
This is the worst software purchase we have made in the past 10 years... working now to get our money back.
