Computer not turning on

Hello,
once I turn off my computer it wont turn on until a few hours, the next day,or even in days. When ever I
press the cpu power nothing would happen itll just turn on by itself later, help please..

if it is desktop computer,some time bad smps creat this problem as automatically open computer. thank
