Hello, 
1.- how to unblock my account
2.- give me different advice than the ones in the forum and attached garbage. I
 already tried them
3.- when the special code appears, the letters are high case. No way to normalize them
4.- I already open new accounts, the header "not activated yet"appears and then the "that ID doesn't exists"
5.- I don't have a cell phone. I can't buy one.
