i would install the latest NetFramework from microsoft...its amazing how many times installations fail because of NetFramework is outdated....i've done this many times on PC's in my shop....First re-install netframework 2.0,,,download here... http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=0856eacb-4362-4b0d-8edd-aab15c5e04f5&displaylang=en
next install Net 3.0,,,download here... http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/netframework/aa569263.aspx
works everytime.....lol..i had to reinstall 3.5 just because my CD recording software needs the updated client..(CDBURNERXP....here... https://cdburnerxp.se/ )
