Hello,
I have an Epson s22 it seems to be frozen, the power will not turn off unless you unplug it and the ink button is off and totally unresponsive. I have managed to free the carriage and change the ink but no change. I tried to print test page but no response. Admittedly I have non Epson cartridges installed. Any ideas? Please.

Hi Bluelightspace,

Kindly try these simple steps and check if there is any difference:

1. Unplug the power connections from the printer.
2. Remove the power cord/adapter from the power source as well.
3. Disconnect the printer from the computer as well.
4. Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds to release any Flea Power from the machine.
5. Plug in the power connections and check.

Do reply with results.

Hi thank you for your response I have tried as you suggested but no change. The printer is unresponsive and won't even turn off unless I unplug it?
