I don't know what to do, can you please help me? I really need to install a program.

If that didn't work, obtain another copy of your source. SOMETHING is hacked!

DO NOT GET IT FROM THE SAME PLACE. Where are you downloading it from? Is it a disk? How much did you pay?

Please notice the third sentence of the error help page:

"Please contact the publisher or developer of the program you are installing for complete support. "

LEt us know how they fix it, be a good community member and share!

CUT AND PASTE

As a last resort, the installer can be executed even though it's corrupted.

To bypass the corruption test, pass /NCRC on the command line. To do so, go to Start->Run, type cmd and hit Enter.

A black console window should open. Drag the installer into the window, hit Space and type /NCRC.

Hit Enter again and the installer should start. This is not recommended!

When all else fails, you will need to contact either the developers of the software you're attempting to download or your personal computer support channels.

Do you have another pc to test it on?

Are you going to make me actually read specifications and such to see what the requirements are?

Are you logged as admin?

What pc make and model do you have? What is your O/S? Has it ever worked? Why are you attempting to install such?

No, I don't.

I have a laptop, Acer Aspire and Windows 7 64-bit.

I'm currently trying to install Format Factory, but also tried installing some other programs, same window opened. I've never had any problems installing anything before.
