Try downloading FExplorer and run it with SD Card inside.
Then open the C:\system
Then You will find a file called mmcstore ,rename the file mmcstore.txt
Finally Copy that file(mmcstore.txt) to your pc and open that file in notepad.
OR
Put the Memory card in any Nokia E series mobile or N95 and format it. (it will not ask for password)
