ULead Photo Express 6 does not open!

Hi,
I downloaded the above software however it does not open. I have numerous times doble clicked the icon on my desktop but nothing happens. I looked through the files and folders which were downloaded but cannot find an .exe file.
Could anyone help with this?

Hi,

Before looking for an .exe file, you must first install the software and the installation file must be in your default download folder.
