Hello,

i have a gigabyte laptop. the last 2-3 days my laptop was just switching off screen but not powering off
and came back on but now it won't switch on power lead is ok checked battery is ok checked both indicator lights are on. when i try to log on my computer wont it make a noise like reving but the indicator lights for battery & main power are fully on. what could this issue be, any help will do at this point and would be appreciated.

hi,
switch off the mains supply, open the casing,
remove the power supply cable and the RAM, then plug them back in.
try to switch on the computer and see the result.
try another power supply if the problem persists.
