HP Laptop keys not working properly

Hello,
Some keys on my HP windows 10 laptop doesn't work. The Num lock doesn't seem to work so the numeric pad only does the other function.

Some of the letter keys doesn't work either, and I can't get access to the function keys either. Unless I plug in a remote keyboard.

Help!!! Any suggestions/solutions????

sounds like you need to replace the internal keyboard.
