Hello,
So i tried to restore my computer to factory everything 3 times then it went into a bootloop i dont know what to do i know its because of my hard drive its just how do i get it fixed i have an Dell Inspirion 11 3000 Series

How quaint! Why did you try to reset 3 times? What happened after the first, second and third time ?

What is you operating system ?
