What Operating system are you getting denied on?
Please understand, it could be as simple as your PC has a virus! We don't know, because you gave us NO DETAILS regarding the circumstances of your problem!
If I were to guess, I would say that the files were created on a domain PC, and you are attempting to open them without admin credentials on a non-domain PC, but that may be way too complicated of a circumstance! Once, again, we are not certain if this is the case, as there are no details!
