PC won't boot but fans are working.

It happened after a power outage. I tried doing the remove and switch the memory card to another slot but it still wont work. Are there anything I've missed? Or should I go to an expert?

What is the make and model of your machine?

What is your operating system?

Have you tried to boot in safe mode?

I suggest you try a local PC repair shop.
