My name is Melissa Collins my email address is ***@***. I've had my account for 10 years plus for some reason I got locked out and I have tried everything this past year to get back into my account and it won't let me I have given it exact answers I know and it still won't let me I need your help I have given three kids up for adoption in the past 10 years and all their pictures are in there I need to recover my pictures please I'm begging you

There is nothing we can do. we are no the almighty email controllers. You must plead to Hotmail to fix this!
