Before we can help you tell us:

How were you able to determine that your account was hacked and that login information was changed?

When is the last time you successfully accessed your account?

When you can’t access your account it does not necessarily mean that it was hacked.

We don't do stuff like that, as we don't have a MAGIC button. You really need to contact the service provider:

That's nice you don't do stuff like that often because the issue here is with Gmail not Yahoo.:-)
