It wont start up

my problam is that windows failed to start . and it says "a recent hardware or soft ware change might be the cause and to fix it you have to insert your installation disc " bt what disc is it . it doesnt let you start up to your log in it just start loading but then nothing loads . i dont know what to do
my laptop is dell ispiration 1520

Hello you should try booting windows on safe mode and then on device manager try to disable the driver which isnt installed
