I lost my previous phone, and now when I try to recover my password it doesn't help, but I tried using the other options in order to recover my password, I know all the other questions, and I answered, I have an email address where I can send the recovery email to, but all it says is that, Google can't verify whether this account belongs to you. Could you please with regards to this. Because I do know all the other answers, just that I don't have access to my old number. My email address is ***@***
This is the reason why all accounts should be created on a landline (non- cellular) network. Once you have created the account, and recovered it from a PC, then you can attach the mobile. Too little, too late!
