Certain keys not working

Hello,
Hi so I got my laptop for a month and some of the keys don't work all the Time it's G H E and fn I tried different things but didn't work
It works sometimes when I'm in a game for example but sometimes don't work at all!
It's lenovo by the way

I suggest you test using an external USB keyboard. If it test OK then you need to replace the internal keyboard.
