Unlock phone cant access screen to type code

Hi I'm trying to unlock my samsung gte1200 and have tried following you tube vids only when I cum to make the SOS call that enables me to type the code in it doesn't try to connect.. it just says call ended straight away which means I cant access screen to type code.? Can u help.? xx

You can direct you to take the p-hone to your carrier (the one you pay the bill to), and ask them to assist you with your issues!
