Hi
It's impossible to have a non removable battery!!! All laptops, including HP, must have the capacity of removing the battery otherwise, if the battery needs to be replaced and could not, what would you do? Garbage it?

Try this
1. Remove the battery and cable.
2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.
3. Replug everything and start.
