Hello

You could not have called Google as Google nor Gmail have a customer service line. Those who pretend to be Google or Gmail are scammers; they ask for money but they cannot recover any account.

When is the last time you or your wife successfully accessed your account?

Hi

When there is no activity on a Gmail account for a period of 9 months, the account is deleted from the server, it no longer exists, hence it can't be recovered.
