Facebook account blocked due to security

Hello,

I opened a message on my messenger yesterday..today that message was sent to all my friends on messenger without me sending it...i deleted my messenger...i then tried to log into my facebook and it told me i was being locked out due to security issues..it asked me to send a picture of myself...i obviously have been hacked and want to get back into fb...what can i do?
