If FB account is disabled, can I create a new one? Solved/Closed

Question

For whatever reason, (and FB apparently needs no reason),  FB has disabled my account. I want to know if it's possible to create a new account, obviously using the same IP address and mobile phone. I would like to be able to use the Marketplace. Since it doesn't appear a review will happen within 30 days notice. After 30 days then?

Same thing happened to me. I just tried creating a new account, but it actually will not allow me to create a new account...
