OK, well a 10 network cannot talk to a 192 network, without a "route". If your virtual router does not have a static route to 192, then you won't be able to get there. Also, make certain that the VMWARE has NATIVE network clients. Change the VMware to the 10 network, just to make certain that all of the network components are there first, then after you know that it is set on the 10, change it to the 192 network with a static route! Have fun!
