Sorry there is no solution
you can uninstall the that app an see.
DO NOT follow the above instructions of UNINSTALLING. Uninstalling the locker only compounds the problem! Think about this GAIN ERP:
The software, upon install, creates a unique PID. The files, are then locked down with said PID. The software is uninstalled, and then re-installed. The unique PID is created again. It is not the same (as it should not be) as the previous load. The new software has a different "key" as the PID that this load has, is not the PID that the files were locked under.
NOW WHAT?
The best advice given is, before you use this types of software, look to see what kind of support you are going to get from the authors!!!!!!!
