Facebook disabled reviewing additional documents

I keep getting this message "unfortunately you can't log into your account while we're reviewing the additional documents." It's been over a week now. I've tried to submit an appeal but it's saying the email address doesn't belong to a disabled account, so it's not disabled apparently. What should I do?

Have you submitted to Facebook the document that Facebook has requested from you? You will not be able to recover your account until you do.

You must have received an email or sms requesting the documents.

I never got an email. How do I get them to resend it?
