Need help -install XP in HP pavilion dv2401tu

Hi Everyone ,
I have the laptop model HP pavilion dv2401tu which comes with Vista home premium.
But i need XP to be installed in my machine. I am strucked in downgrading to XP .Please tell me what are all the steps to be done to get XP installed .

Hi all
I have bought HP Pavilion dv6-1240us with os window vista now i want to install XP replacing the vista.
Please could you help me by showing all the stage of installing XP and drivers associated with it
