How to shared cable net

Hello,
guys i need ur help mein cable net service use kar raha hoon PC par muje internet share karna laptop par bhi so what should i do i had installed two LAN cards in PC one is built-in LAN card another is external LAN card so guys tell how can i share internet with two LAN cards if internet sharing is disabled by cabe network administrator guys plzz help me

If the internet connection is disabled by the network administrator it's to consult him on this issue
