Problem on mp3 player

Hello, My creative zen nano plus will turn on, but all it will do is show the 'creative' screen. It won't turn off unless I take the battery out. How can I fix it?

try to contact Creative agents.
or if the mp3 player is on warranty, contact the dealer from where you bought it.
