Hello, my name is Sandra Ruth someone change my recovery email to someone I don't know.Try to change password can't remember the new one .Please help me retrieve it.

Before we can help you tell us:

How were you able to determine that your account was hacked and that the recovery information was changed?

When is the last time you successfully accessed your account?

When you can’t access your account it does not necessarily mean that it was hacked.
