It is not as simple as you connect android mobile to another android mobile. Iphone ipad use different ios operating system and android use different android operating system. So you need some third party software to connect ipad to samsung mobile. Or other way you need some software which can transfer data from iphone to android. In my profile you will find blog which explain all details about this as this forum don,t allow to post link.
There is samsung smart switch software which can be useful here. you can use air drop app which transfer songs to mac pc and then connect your samsung mobile to mac pc.
