I sent a ticket to tech support yesterday morning to recover missing emails from June 2016 - I need to retrieve them for legal reasons. I received and email saying that they emails would be returned to my "all mail" folder within 24 hours, which they have not. Now I am unable to deleted emails and deleted emails are popping back into my account (thousands of deleted emails). I've sent another ticket to tech support and got the same response, that the emails will be returned to my account. This seems like a pretty unique problem and I'm not sure who to go to.
What you say "sending a ticket" to Gmail seems to me impossible. Gmail does not have direct customer tech support service, unless, perhaps if it's a paid account. Many pretend to be from Gmail but they are scammers.
