What you say "sending a ticket" to Gmail seems to me impossible. Gmail does not have direct customer tech support service, unless, perhaps if it's a paid account. Many pretend to be from Gmail but they are scammers.
I hope you have not given personal information.

I don't see in the link you have given me anywhere you can send a ticket unless you posted on the forum.
Anyhow, there is a way to recover deleted emails but there is a limit as to the time span. 2016 seems to old. Every few months, Google makes a sweep and erases deleted messages from the server.
You want to try it anyway?
