This is a nice tool to create and/or modify keyboard layouts.

And it's already 4 years since I use the keyboard created with this software so... it's much more than nice.

This software made it possible for me to avoid constantly changing keyboards from US English to my native language and back by using the right-Alt key as a modifier to access diacritic letters. Most people I know in my country, even non programmers, use diacritics less frequently than ;':"[]\{}|. Now I also have an easy access to these symbols: €®℮°ßש. A big thank you to the developer.
