Hello, I've been trying to get this virus off of my phone I have an s8 this is a trojan in the ROM I have it disabled but can't remove it. Everything I try says to root phone to get it off
Reset it back to factory! Take it to your network provider and have them do it! If they try to charge you, hand them the phone and tell them you wish to cancel their services as you cannot use them!
