How to get Adobe Flash to download?

Hi,
I just downloaded fire fox and google chrome and in that I tried to download adobe flash player but everytime I click on it it goes into the download folder but doesn’t do anything even if I locate it and press on it?
How do I get it to download it, please can u give me a solution

press on it? You have to double click on the file ID

As xpcman says or click right on the icon that click left on run as administrator
