Hello, I have a terrible virus that's managed to override every anti virus software that I've installed including Kaspersky, and I imagine it also infiltrated windows defender. Kaspersky has obviously been giving it a real fight but it's still not good enough, as it managed to stop the Rootkit scan evil I dozed off for a few minutes, and it turned off windows defender without me even noticing.
Its taken control of my touchpad (if I should put it that way) and I notice that when I tap on any search bar it continuously types a long string of numbers, prevent me from doing any searches.
But I've noticed that when I ran into these search bar I can type uninterrupted so I guess it really is working with the touch pad
I could seriously use some help. I'm kind low on cash at the moment so I can't afford a new computer, external hardrive for back up in case of a system format, nor a proper anti-virus software.
What are my best low budget options? I highly appreciate any advice

Online download, it is streamlined. Never had issues, and usually finds a problem or two if I use it.

To help you and prescribe the remedy, I must make a diagnostic and to do so, I require a report.

1. Open this link and download ZHPDiag :
https://nicolascoolman.eu
(Don't be alarmed is the site is in French, it sometimes happens, the tool will take your system language and allow the download if you get a warning message, ignore it.) Click on the download button

2. Save the file on your Desktop.

3. Double click on ZHPDiag.exe and follow the installation instructions.

(For Vista, Win 7, 8 and 10 users, click right to ensure you run with admin right)

4. Double click on the short cut ZHPDiag on your Destktop.

5 Click on scan
Wait for the tool to finished (maybe a long time)

6. Close ZHPDiag.

7. To transmit the report, click on this link :

http://www.tinyupload.com/index.php

8. Search the directory where you installed ZHPDiag (usually C:\desktop\zhpdiag.txt).

9. Copy the url link obtained from tinyupload and paste it here in your reply.

Nicolas I wasn't sure if you wanted me to upload the zhp file itself, after the download, but I did. The link is above.

You uploaded the ZHP Diag exe file. The C:\desktop\zhpdiag.txt is required.

Hi Sammy

You computer has a lot of orphan and temporary files as well as one useless application file but is free of any malware.

I suggest you download, install and run CCleaner, a free and efficient tool. I use it once a week.

https://ccm.net/downloads/security-and-maintenance/4555-ccleaner/

It will delete all useless temporary files.

Also, with the same tool, click on the gear wheel and clean the registry.

Let me know should you have further problem

Have fun

P.S. Most the temporary files are Chrome files.
