PDF and Word Files not Opening

Suddenly one day my PDF and Word files stopped opening and now I get an error that "windows cant find the file (address), make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again".

The files do open when I use another software or readers, and even browsers. I have uninstalled and then reinstalled the adobe reader and Office software but that did not help at all.

Scanning, uninstalling or reinstalling the antivirus did not help as well.

Kindly help me with it.

What is your operating system?

Please open your file explorer, find one file you wish to open and tell us the exact format (file extension) it is.
