GTA IV runs slow on HP laptop

Hi Guys!
I have a HP Pavilion g6 laptop with 8GB installed RAM, GHz 2.5 core (64 bit) i3 and around 1.5 GB dedicated video memory and 3GB Shared...
I installed GTA IV and it's like slow, any ideas for this problem?(I installed windows 8 and 10 but still slow)
I would Appreciate your responses...
