Hi guys,

I'm struggling to find a solution for this. There is a list that contains, time-frame as Q12016 up until Q42018, then cities as London, Paris etc and finally figures ranging from 1 to whatever next to each time-frame and city. In a separate tab I would like to be able to choose the city and the time frame from a drop down and have the top 10 highest figures listed in a descending order. I am able to create a drop down however not sure how to have the rest done. Any ideas perhaps? Thanks so much!

Hi DG83,

The easiest thing to do would be to apply an autofilter found under the Data ribbon.
Using the drop down lists on the header you can select a (or more) city, a (or more) time-frames and for the third column you can select to sort in descending order.

Will that work for you?

Best regards,
Trowa

Thanks Trowa, will try this. In the meantime I have found a bit more manual workaround that did this but will try your best advice as well! Thank you a lot
