GTA 4 Setup has stuck on 0.1%

Setup has stuck on 0.1%. what should I do. Please help me quickly.

I've fixed this problem. Firstly, turn of your antivirus program and restart computer. Then in the installation, choose local disc D and that's it. It should work.
