Hello,
When I was log in to my account I was seeing a problem saying unfortunately you won't be able to access your account while we're reviewing this additional documents we appreciate your patience and we will get back you as soon as.
And I'm waiting from last 3 to 4 months to get my account back but nothing happen I tried everything to re open but nothing happen.
Please help me to re open my account

Facebook wishes to verify your identity. Have you submitted to Facebook the document that Facebook has requested from you? You will not be able to recover your account until you do. Check your email or sms Facebook sent you a message.

I didn't receive any emails from facebook and yes facebook asked me for Id but on that time i don't know what Id I should give so I give my photo and there the problem started

I have bad news! If your account is not online for everyone to see, it's been deleted, that why your email address does not correspond to a disabled account.

You have been trying to access your account for 3 or 4 months but did not submit the document, hence we can only conclude that Facebook judged your account to be obsolete and deleted it from the server. Deleted accounts cannot be recovered.

I suggest you create a new account.

What how can facebook can deleted my account.. And if its happen then why in my email I got a notification from my facebook account?? Where I can see everyones posting, tagging updating and all but I cannot comment them?

You told me that you cannot find your profile online, so what else could have happened to your account?

You should have submitted the document Facebook requested from you four months ago. Facebook sent you a notification at that time.

What notifications are you getting from Facebook.

If you can't see your profile online I can no longer help you.
