If it a pop up problem, then you can use freeware pop up blocker http://thecooltools.blogspot.com/2009/06/pop-up-blocker-software-free-download.html
However if it is caused by virus use malwarebytes and superantispyware in safe mode. Download both from here http://thecooltools.blogspot.com/2009/05/spyware-removal-software-free-download.html and update them after installation. Then run the scanning process.
