How do I Open spotlight search on an iPhone 6 Plus in order to restore the settings icon that I accidentally deleted

"Spotlight Search is revealed when you swipe from left to right with your finger on the first page of the Home screen", and "can be activated or deactivated in Settings > Siri & Search."
